Camper Registration Waitlist
Give your child the opportunity to experience the adventure of a lifetime!
Our camper registration lottery ran October 12-26.
Any unfilled or vacated spots will be filled from our waitlist.
New camper spots may open up at any time, so we strongly encourage you to add your child to our waitlist right away!
When joining our registration list, you will be directed to either a high school or middle school category based on your child’s birthdate.
If your child falls outside of the average age for his or her grade level, you may not be directed to your preferred category. If this happens, email us at registrar@camp-w.com, and we will assist you.
ANY SESSIONS WITH IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY WILL BE LISTED BELOW.
If you are interested in an “immediately available” spot, add your child to our Registration Waitlist without delay! These spots will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.

Camper Registration Q & A
Does my child need to join the summer registration list if he or she participated in the lottery?
No! Please do not add your child to our registration list if he or she entered this year’s lottery. Lottery participants who do not get assigned to a summer session are automatically added to a priority waitlist!
All lottery results are emailed out in mid-November. Both inbox and spam folders should be monitored for this correspondence, especially if our email address has not been added to your contact list. If your child participated in the lottery, and you have not heard from us by November 20th, please use the orange “Registration Portal” link in the upper right corner of this page to view your child's registration status. Use your email address and password to login. Password help is available just below the login fields. Waitlist registrations may also be confirmed by logging into our Registration Portal. IF after November 20th, your registration portal does not reflect your child’s assignment to either a summer program OR the our summer registration list, please contact us at registrar@camp-w.com.
How and when will I know if my child gets into Camp?
When a spot opens up in an upcoming session, we will pull the next camper on our registration list who has listed that program/session listed as a preference. Parents of that camper will be notified of the opportunity by email and given 24-48 hours to respond (based on the proximity of the session). Please keep in mind that we must allow for 10-14 days from the start of the session when offering a newly available spot to a waitlisted camper. This gives the family time to complete our full registration process, including completion of several state required medical forms that require an office visit with a medical provider. *If you would like your waitlisted child to be considered for last minute openings, please contact us at registrar@camp-w.com to discuss the preliminary completion of our state required medical forms.
How long will the Summer Registration list stay open?
The list closes shortly before the last camp sessions for each age group. If your child was not assigned a camper spot with us this summer, we ask you to join our next fall Lottery… Coming next October! Those who are on our list for the current summer, and are not offered a camper spot, will be given top priority the next!
